D1) The START and STOP thresholds are managed from a microprocessor, so failures are nearly impossible. We suggest reading points n. 9.3.1.4 and 9.3.1.5 of user handbook. Eventual measurements to verify the START / STOP thresholds must be taken on the terminal box of the EG20 as the following photo shows.
